The terms that apply when you browse the D'Squish store or place an order with us. Please read them before you buy.
This store is run by D'Squish Collectibles Inc. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean D'Squish. When they say "you", they mean anyone using the store or placing an order.
By using the store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
All prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax that applies are added at checkout before you pay, so the total you confirm is the total you are charged.
We work hard to describe and picture every squishy accurately, but colours can look slightly different from screen to screen. If we list something at the wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before sending it and you can cancel for a full refund.
Your card is charged when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item turns out to be unavailable, if we cannot ship to the address given, or if the payment looks fraudulent.
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times, shipping rates and how to send something back are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our squishies have a slow-rebound polyurethane foam core and a soft polyurethane skin. Everything is non-toxic and free from BPA and phthalates. Please remember:
If you post a review, it must be your honest opinion of a product you have used. Reviews must not contain anything offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product, or anyone else's personal information.
We may hide or remove any review that breaks these rules. By posting a review you allow us to show it on the store.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version that applies to an order is the one published when that order was placed.
