How do I choose a firmness?

Every squishy has an SSU rating from 3,000 to 14,000. Lower numbers are firm and slow to rebound; higher numbers are cloud-like and spring back instantly. Use the squishometer on the products page to filter by the range you like.
What are the size options?

Each design comes in mini, classic and jumbo. The product page lists the diameter and weight for every size, and the price updates as you switch between them.
How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday leave the same day. Standard delivery arrives in three to five working days, and you will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
Can I return a squishy?

Yes. You have thirty days from delivery to send anything back, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Start a return by emailing support@dsquish.com with your order number.
What are they made of?

A slow-rebound polyurethane foam core with a soft polyurethane skin. Everything is non-toxic and free from BPA and phthalates, but they are not food safe and are not suitable for children under three.
How should I clean one?

Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry away from direct heat. Do not put a squishy in the washing machine or the dishwasher.
