Shipping & Returns

Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday leave the same day.
Delivery options and costs
You choose a delivery option at checkout, and the price is shown before you pay.
- Standard delivery usually arrives within three to five working days of dispatch.
- Priority delivery is available at checkout for faster delivery.
Standard delivery is free once your order reaches the free-shipping amount shown in your cart.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is on its way we will email you a tracking number, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Returns
You have thirty days from delivery to return anything you are not happy with, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email support@dsquish.com with your order number and the items you want to send back, and we will reply with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we will refund you to your original payment method and email you to confirm. Depending on your bank, the money can take a few working days to appear.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email support@dsquish.com with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
